Answers:
A.  Environmental factors, religion, and use of force for supervision.
B.  Reports are made to the ChildLine and Abuse Registry who then determine which agency receives the report. All investigations of suspected child abuse must be completed within 30 days of being taken by ChildLine.
C. A parent’s lack of understanding of children’s needs; A parent’s history of child maltreatment; Substance abuse and/or mental health issues; Parental characteristic such as young age, low education, and single parenthood; Nonbiological, transient caregivers in home; and Parental thoughts and emotions that support or justify maltreatment behaviors. 
D. GPS (General Protective Services) and CPS (Child Protective Services), GPS covers any activities not covered by the Child Protective Services Law.
E. A permissive reported is not required by Pennsylvania law to make a report of suspected child abuse or neglect; however, they are still encourages to make a report of child abuse if they have any suspicions.
F.  Individuals who are acting in good faith and have reasonable belief that a child is the victim of child abuse.
G. CPS cases typically involve child abuse and maltreatment while GPS cases are more considered to involve "non-serious injury or neglect" of a child.
